We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to everything we needed, such as shops and the township. The service we received was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry facilities available. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room amenities were impressive, with features like a flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden area and had a great time in the spa center. The free Wi-Fi was a definite plus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

I would recommend this hotel to all.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and cute, offering delicious complimentary cookies. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed. The hotel was conveniently located close to Hawera shops and everything was easily accessible.

Centrally located, with easy access to local amenities and attractions. the room was spacious, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. the breakfast was a nice touch, and the garden area was very peaceful and relaxing.

The mattress was a bit too hard for my liking and made it difficult to sleep soundly.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the warm and cosy atmosphere of our room. The easy access to the kitchenette was great for fixing up a quick breakfast before heading out to explore the town. The location was also very convenient as we were able to easily walk to nearby shops and cafes.

The lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. There were no extractor fans which caused the room to smell musty and damp.

the room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the convenient parking right outside. the location was perfect for exploring the town, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Dislikes Unfortunately, the light in the bathroom was noisy and didn't provide enough illumination. the bed was a bit too firm for our liking.
